We generally ship the same day your order is placed, if your order is submitted prior to 2 PM Central Standard Time. It usually takes 2-4 days to receive your order via UPS ground. What if I accidentally placed a duplicate order? Don't worry!....we process credit cards offline, only after our customer service team has carefully reviewed your order. If we notice a duplicate order, we will contact you for confirmation before we charge your credit card. Do you service Government Agencies and Educational Institutions? Unopened merchandise can be returned within 15 days of purchase. You must contact us for a return authorization number BEFORE shipping your product back to us.
